Walking is popular for planax team ( Senior Citizen whom are addicted to fast walking ,together with late adult guys that join them also ) , and jogging is popular among athletic few great man.  But for Jag cycling is not as hard as jogging and walking but he does it everyday. Of all the years he was cycling he already encircled the world many times with the total distance After the sunrise group of cyclists have arrived in scattered groups and because it is Sunday most people will come to the Bagasbas beach.With sufficient sleep WEM ( Waking Up early in the Morning) is possible
