Raw Fruits Only

       Rubon said he is eating raw fruits only , he looks skinny but he said he is healthy. And he suggested that book that is about raw food. Jane Gatt is also raw food eater. One naturopathic doctor is also advising raw food for asthma etc. He said artificial and fake foods causes allergy and Jag knows allergy is deadly. Death from allergy comes slow or gradual.( see also diabetes ) .One of Jag's neighbor never experience cold and cough and Jag ask her secret ,She said she takes Vitamin C supplement that of  Enervon-C.
