Have a Break

        Jag is jogging .And the next day he got too much muscle pain so he took Biogesic for pain . It's hard reactivating muscles when it is about jogging 14 km, after long time not doing it.So he went measuring maps via Microsft Encarta using metric system and 42K means Daet to Talobatib and back thats 42 km.And Daet to Bitukang Manok and back that's 42 km.Another situation is this November is like January in coldness.The wind is too strong.ideal for kite boarding.What is this lactic fatigue? And while learning about it all Jag is watching his DVD featuring Prison violence,Kill Bill and this Chinese film all are subtitled in Filipino and they are speaking in Tagalog. He just want to watch again the Shaolin Soccer. Jag have watched Rush Hour many Times. Tea

        Today is windy and from satellite Jag thought Nov 19 was a cloudless day but no it is windy,sunny and with dark clouds. Jag wants some tea and breakfast . The 14 k jogging made him very thirsty and  hungry.Nov 28 is fasting day and there is no way jogging on that day. But Cycling is okay.

Pure Vegetarian Diet

        When Jag went out on the street for jogging the rain starts to pour.But he went jogging and there was this lady whose body looks light and runs fast. The dawn is an hour away.And Jag is very tired,thirsty and feeling heaven everytime he got rest from jogging. He jogged 14 km today without water nor music. No armstrap , just shades he bought from 101 Department Store .The biggest in Daet Cams Norte is SM hypermart. It ws constructed with the bigger crane. The tallest tower in Daet is that of Mabini College. Among the tallest buildings in Daet are the Cathedral , Alpha Hardware, and Tony's Bazaar & Tailoring Bldg. No water no music no bag pack just pure jogging and walking when tired and it was more than 14 km. Jag is scared of lactic fatigue , he was cycling for a long time and now suddenly jogging M. Pitas inspired him. Jogging looks ez and nothing but , it is closer to mother earth than cycling.Another is swimming.But for now Jag is jogging and it is something new now he is 42.It is possible to start serious jogging then marathon at the age of 80 . But the diet must be pure vegetarian diet. On the seawall he did all the 6 lessons in meditation and he felt the fresh air , the cold wind on his body ,on his face and then he head to south first then the north of the beach. At 8:19 he was back home .And that was 5AM to 8:19AM.He already removed all his garments including the undergarments .        Rubon said he is eating raw fruits only , he looks skinny but he said he is healthy. And he suggested that book that is about raw food. Jane Gatt is also raw food eater. Death from allergy comes slow or gradual.( see also diabetes ) .One of Jag's neighbor never experience cold and cough and Jag ask her secret ,She said she takes Vitamin C supplement that of  Enervon-C.           Jag's 24 hour fast is over , and typhoon Zoraida ( see PAGASA Report)greet him Good Morning! It looks like a twin typhoon is above the Philippine map and the rain & wind is  abundant too.Yolanda (Haiyan) just left 10,000 feared dead .Everybody  wants to leave Tacloban City ,but many of them will stay there. For Jag ,Infanta,Quezon( see case study),Ormoc, Cagayan de Oro , parts of these place are prone to flash floods,and Bohol,Baguio city are prone to earthquake and are deadly. For Jag the worst typhoon is Rosing, Yolanda ,Ondoy (Ketsana) and the one devastated Cagayan de Oro and Ormoc. They all registered in the obituaries of News pages.It all happen because of illegal loggings. While earthquake happens because its a natural occurrence ,typhoon is also natural but the damage it is causing is more because of location,and what is around that location. Typhoon also helps clean the radiations in the atmosphere,it cleans rivers and while earthquake is changing the landscape designs of the earth.

Of all the years he was cycling he already encircled the world many times with the total distance After the sunrise group of cyclists have arrived in scattered groups and because it is Sunday most people will come to the Bagasbas beach.With sufficient sleep WEM ( Waking Up early in the Morning) is possible
