Recently, scientists have discovered additional bacterial pathogens that can cause food-borne illness. Listeria monocytogenes, which can cause septicemia, meningitis, and stillbirth, kills up to one-third of the people infected and most often results from unsanitary commercial processing of dairy, poultry, and meat products—including pizza toppings. Campylobacter jejuni is now the most common bacterial cause of diarrhea in industrialized countries. Caused by contaminated raw foods, Campylobacter jejuni is the most prevalent pathogen in poultry, and in more serious cases can result in arthritis, septicemia, meningitis, inflammation of the heart and other organs, and Guillain-Barré syndrome (paralysis).

Chief among the viruses that cause food-borne illness is hepatitis A, which is excreted in the feces of infected individuals and reenters the food chain through unsanitary methods of food preparation. Water, salads, shellfish, and milk products are common sources of contamination. Hepatitis A infection causes a mild illness with symptoms that include fever, fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, soreness in the abdominal area, and jaundice (accumulation of the pigment bilirubin in the blood, which causes yellowish discoloration of the skin and whites of the eyes). Other viruses include rotaviruses, which cause acute upset of the digestive system (gastroenteritis); and the Norwalk virus family, which also causes gastroenteritis.

You can do rituals , prayers ,cleansing diet or get surgery or massage, take herbal  meds or drugs prescribe by doctors etc. All of them with optimism and practicality  can have concrete effect on psychosomatic illnesses as well as physical injuries etc.

Mavina : You sounds like a master  giving inspiration to an inquiring soul !So what is the best position for sleeping  a. cross legged as in doing meditation or b. lying in bed?

Jesolon: For great people it is A.

Mavina : What are the power words used by yogis?

Jesolon: Mantras( words that liberates the mind from ignorance) , slokas ( verses ),sutras (thread), from puranas (ancient scriptures), Shruti (learning via listening of spoken words or what is heard ) from these and that scriptures it is symbolic ,a secret that only the mystics knows about  it!

Mavina : Can you use them to heal anybody?

Jesolon: Yes and you can use them to think of becoming Holy like God for He himself is holy then if you are holy health ,  wealth and everything good will come naturally.

Mavina : That's for your self how about making others convinced  that this or that formula of salvation, healing  or  self realization should be followed for healthy body  perfection or holiness? I thought it was through Pranayama or regulation of breath?

Jesolon: Yes and for self it is easy but encouraging others  is by showing yourself as a shining example! A model (Bhakti ) devotee of God.
