Raw Fruits Only

       Rubon said he is eating raw fruits only , he looks skinny but he said he is healthy. And he suggested that book that is about raw food. Jane Gatt is also raw food eater. One naturopathic doctor is also advising raw food for asthma etc. He said artificial and fake foods causes allergy and Jag knows allergy is deadly. Death from allergy comes slow or gradual.( see also diabetes ) .One of Jag's neighbor never experience cold and cough and Jag ask her secret ,She said she takes Vitamin C supplement that of  Enervon-C. If one is eating raw food , and knowing vegetarian diet will help cure pimples,diabetes and allergies and with Enervon - 

C one can be healthy. While watching Kris RealTV with Ms Tina Jag recalls celebrities giving help via words,concerts,dances,t shirts , foundations, giving check,giving relief goods, help from 22 countries. Help come fro air land and sea ( How to help ). So the road must be cleared from all obstacle.

Typhoon Zoraida

          Jag's 24 hour fast is over , and typhoon Zoraida ( see PAGASA Report)greet him Good Morning! It looks like a twin typhoon is above the Philippine map and the rain & wind is  abundant too.Yolanda (Haiyan) just left 10,000 feared dead .Everybody  wants to leave Tacloban City ,but many of them will stay there. For Jag ,Infanta,Quezon( see case study),Ormoc, Cagayan de Oro , parts of these place are prone to flash floods,and Bohol,Baguio city are prone to earthquake and are deadly. For Jag the worst typhoon is Rosing, Yolanda ,Ondoy (Ketsana) and the one devastated Cagayan de Oro and Ormoc. They all registered in the obituaries of News pages.It all happen because of illegal loggings. While earthquake happens because its a natural occurrence ,typhoon is also natural but the damage it is causing is more because of location,and what is around that location. Typhoon also helps clean the radiations in the atmosphere,it cleans rivers and while earthquake is changing the landscape designs of the earth.
